Irritating Expressions

University of Oxford researchers maintain a database called the Oxford University Corpus, the world's largest language databank containing more than two billion words. Taking a cue from Letterman, recently they composed a Top 10 Most Irritating Expressions in the English language regarding overused and misused words/phrases.
I'm glad they included:

Fairly unique
At this moment in time
Shouldn't of
It's not rocket science

What should have been included: "irregardless" (mangled), "few and far between," "various and sundry," "going green," "free with admission," "now or never," "no question about it," and "____ is the new ____" (overused).
