Five Gold Rings!

It has been suggested that "Five gold rings" in the "Twelve Days of Christmas" song represents the first five books of the Bible (in the Old Testament): Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. These books (also known as the Torah) gives the history of humanity's sinful failure, God's response, and his creation of a people to be a light to the world.
